Asset Acquisition and Operation Liquid acquires high-potential assets, such as short-term rental properties, fix & flips, pre-sales, commercial developments, and more. These assets are managed to optimize performance, occupancy rates, and maximizing asset income.
Fractionalization of Assets Assets are fractionalized, allowing investors to purchase smaller portions according to their financial capacity. This democratizes access to high-yield investments.
Yield Generation Investors earn monthly dividends from their fraction holdings. Yield is generated from rental income, operational profits, and asset appreciation.
Utilizing the Liquid Marketplace Once KYC'd and verified, users can browse available assets, select future assets for whitelist, purchase fractions, and place offers. The marketplace includes filtering options, notifications for upcoming mints, and a mint completion bar. While most assets are available to all, some are exclusive to whitelist, invite-only, or specific investors/locations.
Liquidating Asset Holdings Fraction holders can list their holdings on the marketplace, which features a floor price similar to NFT marketplaces. Users can place offers, set time-based sales, and use "Buy Now" or "Sell Now" options. An upcoming feature will allow instant liquidation at slightly below floor price, with dividends transferring instantly to new holders.
